IOTG SOLAR LTD

IOTG Solar, short for I'm Off The Grid, is a Port Alberni business on Vancouver Island that started as a solar design and installation company and has grown into independent energy consulting under the motto power through education. It designs grid-tied solar with battery storage for homes, plus custom solar and battery systems for cabins, remote homes, tiny homes, container homes and dome homes. Its off-grid work also covers vans, boats and RVs, and it partners with builders on energy-independent designs. Its guidance reaches past solar to generators, EV charging, smart energy management and micro-grids, and it works with homeowners, farms, developers and communities as well. Owners can book an energy strategy session, and the business runs an online academy with courses. Rated 5.0 from 9 Google reviews, all nine at five stars.
