VREC Solar

Vancouver Renewable Energy, known as VREC, has designed and installed solar electricity in BC since 2004 and is 100% employee owned. It supplies and installs both grid-tie and off-grid photovoltaic systems for residential, commercial and institutional sites, and completed the first grid-tie photovoltaic installations in Vancouver, North Vancouver, Mission and Langley. Battery storage, EV chargers, assessments, monitoring and repair, energy conservation, portable power systems and solar leasing through a power purchase agreement are all offered. Systems qualify for BC Hydro rebates, the federal interest-free loan and the investment tax credit. The work is done as an electrical contractor under TSBC licence LEL0103928.
